With over 18 years of playing experience and more than a decade in coaching, Steven brings a deep love for the game and a commitment to athlete development. He played collegiate volleyball at both UCF and FAU, and went on to head coach FAU’s college club team in the NCVF for three years.

He’s been coaching indoor volleyball for 10 years and beach volleyball for the past 3, working with players of all levels to grow their game. Steven’s coaching philosophy centers on helping athletes develop a true passion for volleyball—not just as a sport, but as a lifelong pursuit. He challenges players to go beyond their comfort zones, sharpen their skills, and think critically about the game. For Steven, great volleyball players aren’t defined by their positions, but by their understanding of the full game, their dedication to growth, and their connection to the volleyball community.
